The establishment of the Open Innovation Hub – SoiHub is the result of a 10-year journey of building and developing Vietnam’s innovative startup ecosystem. SoiHub serves as a pioneering model for an Open Innovation Hub in Vietnam, promoting public-private partnerships, focusing on nurturing talent, and piloting new technologies.
SoiHub is powered by the National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (NATEC) and supported by reputable international organizations from the very beginning, including ADB, Business Finland, UNDP, etc. It is operated by the Open Innovation and Technopreneur Institute (OITI), with a passionate team of young individuals dedicated to advancing innovation initiatives in Vietnam. Additionally, SoiHub is invested by Saigontel – Saigon Investment Group, which owns nearly 50 industrial parks across Vietnam. Saigontel aims to leverage SoiHub to implement green and sustainable industrial parks and connect innovation networks from various countries.
SoiHub was established with the goal of implementing programs and projects that foster the innovative startup ecosystem in Vietnam through initiatives such as new technology trials, talent development, and incubating potential solutions/models. Located at Quang Trung Software City, SoiHub promises to provide a unique working space, offering a creative, modern work experience with significant growth potential.
SoiHub is currently seeking talented individuals for the position of “Cooperation Program Manager,” offering attractive benefits and salaries as follows:
- Job Description
Take responsibility for the implementation programs/projects; Develop proposals and submit detailed content and implementation plans for projects; organize business networking events and training to promote creative startups; Research and evaluate the pre-feasibility of projects;
Proactively seek and develop mechanisms to build a network of scientific council experts participating in each project; Develop plan to develop a network of ambassadors domestically and internationally; Implement LAB Projects: Establish a pilot space at SoiHub; Implement and monitor the progress of projects, and handle issues arising during the cooperation process; Be responsible for writing related reports and reporting to the Director of SoiHub; Perform related tasks as required by the Director of SoiHub.
2. Requirements
Proficient in English;
At least 3-5 years of expertise in the field of innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, ESG, creative startup training;
Experience in implementing projects, initiatives to promote cooperation, initiatives to optimize resources;
Experience and capacity to select, maintain, develop and expand relationships with potential partners and customers;
Experience in writing project proposals and project design;
Experience in planning, M&E;
Work full-time in Ho Chi Minh City;
Business travel domestically and internationally.
