[HOCHIMINH] THE SIGNING CEREMONY OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN OIT AND SAIGONTEL TO ESTABLISH SOIHUB
On March 26, 2024, Open Innovation and Tech Entrepreneur Joint Stock Company (OIT JSC) and Saigon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SAIGONTEL), Saigon Investment Group signed the Memorandum of Understanding to operate SoiHub – located at Floor 01-02-03 of ICT2 building, Lot 46, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a total area of over 3,000 m2. The signing ceremony welcomes the participation of Ms. Nguyen Cam Phuong – General Director of SaigonTel, Saigon Investment Group and international representatives.
The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement (MOU) between OITI and Saigontel took place in Ho Chi Minh City.
SoiHub aims to create a space for talent- and tech-sandbox in Vietnam, focusing on solving corporation’s innovation challenges towards green growth. SoiHub’s uniqueness lies in its mission to unite corporations, bring open innovation to create an international connection gate and gather elite stakeholders in the ecosystem. It is committed to empowering the young generation to operate and develop the Vietnam innovation and startup ecosystem.
The signing ceremony of the MOU is not only a significant step in expanding the startup ecosystem for innovation and creativity in Vietnam but also a testament to the strong commitment of both parties to contribute to sustainable development of Vietnam. Building and operating SoiHub will provide numerous opportunities and benefits for both parties as well as the innovation community.
SoiHub is officially launched in the 2nd quarter of 2024 with many new initiatives implemented since 2024. OITI and SoiHub are working with strategic partners to join the network, co-invest and co-create in each project.
