SIGNING MOU BETWEEN NATEC AND BUSINESS FINLAND IN TECHFEST – WHISE 2023

In TECHFEST-WHISE 2023, Multilateral high-level policy forum program on the development of national innovative startup ecosystem, with the theme “Building policies for developing a national network of support organization and innovation startup centers” is organized with the goal of being a place to exchange and share experiences of organizations and countries in developing policies to develop national innovation startup centers to enhance the development of innovation startup ecosystems, thereby providing some solutions and recommendations to the government.

• Location: City Party Committee Home, 111 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City

Especially within the Forum, a meeting and signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding will be held between the National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (NATEC), MOST and Business Finland to mark the next step of action following the cooperation between the two parties at Open Innovation Day – TechTraverse 2023.

The MOU is signed with a view to enhancing collaboration between NATEC and Business Finland in their joint efforts to establish a comprehensive program aimed at identifying and nurturing exceptional talent within the startup and innovation sector in Vietnam; facilitating the movement of skilled labor and talent between Vietnam and Finland; promoting knowledge sharing, cultural exchange, and the transfer of expertise, ultimately contributing to the growth of both nations’ innovation ecosystems.
